Migration Sensation

Thank you to the 51 people who volunteered to make this event a success.  2011 was by far the best year ever and we are looking forward to 2012.  Volunteers are being recruited now for March 23rd and 24th.  Descriptions of jobs are posted.  This list will be updated as volunteers are obtained.

Please feel free to reply by e-mail to wfought@neo.rr.com, call 330-567-2342, or e-mail NateSchindewolf at:   trwy_schinde@tccsa.net  or carrie@wildernesscenter.org Please pass this on to any individuals or groups that may be willing to help.

All volunteers are given two passes for the event & a $10 voucher for food or materials from the Birder's Market Place.  We have needs for 61 volunteers this year.  More are always welcome and are usually needed.

- Registration area worker (7:00 - 10:00 am) - #20 -    ____________________

Your job is to direct people to the Cashier and to registration and remind them to fill in number attending on their registration card. You will be questioned  as some will expect to get in Free. Everyone Pays this year. Only the Volunteers, Vendor Workers and Speakers are to be let in Free. I suggest we ask them to get stamped so there are no questions. In the past we have let in Free Admission to those not wanting to attend the Main Speakers in the old building. This year all attending are to pay: Single $10,  Immediate Family is Charged $15, we want the families to be sure all of them get stamped and to be sure when they register to include the number in their family attending. Our reason for NO FREE ADMITTANCE is that over the years we have been adding additional Family Programming. We feel the value of these are well worth the price of admission.
